Milestones 4 and 5 were presented together as the final delivery of the fellowship. Milestone 4 (Public Release Phase) finalizes and releases the two tools publicly; Milestone 5 (Documentation & Ecosystem Report) delivers the documentation package and the public ecosystem report.
The two tools built during the Supervised Development Phase are public and functional: the Stylus Ecosystem Dashboard is finalized and deployed live, indexing on-chain Stylus activity, and the Stylus Compatibility Registry is released as open source and published on crates.io. This delivery also consolidates the technical documentation into two public documentation sites, publishes a reproducible Stylus adoption report, and captures the fellowship's outcomes and recommendations.

This milestone finalized and publicly released both tools. Its activities were the finalization of the Stylus Ecosystem Dashboard, the public release of the second Stylus-focused tooling initiative, and documentation and usage guidelines. The Dashboard was finalized and deployed to a public URL, indexing on-chain Stylus activity in real time. Both tooling projects were released as public open-source repositories, and the Stylus Compatibility Registry was published on crates.io.
