Team: Augusto Collerone, Lautaro Sole, Ignacio Quesada
Milestone: Backend Development
Funding Amount Unlocked: 9,500 USD
Date Submitted: [12/06/2026]
Summary of the Deliverables: Core backend implementation of the Activation module, including event capture for activation lifecycle, alert system with eight alert types delivered via Telegram/Slack/Webhooks, escrow-based auto-activation automation, CI/CD overhaul with full integration test coverage, OpenAPI documentation, and staging deployment of CacheManagerAutomation v1.1.0.
Extended the event-fetcher to detect and store all activation-related contract events: ActivationPerformed, ActivationError, ActivationRevertData, ContractAutoActivateUpdated, ContractMaxActivationCostUpdated. The data-processing module mutates per-contract activation state from captured events, mirroring the existing bidding state mutation pattern.
Eight alert types implemented, each with configurable thresholds and per-user opt-in:
| Alert Type | Trigger Mode | Description |
|---|---|---|
approachingExpiration |
Realtime data-driven | Program expiry within configurable window |
expired |
Realtime data-driven | Program has expired and is no longer callable |
reactivationSucceeded |
Event-driven | Successful auto-activation (from ActivationPerformed) |
reactivationFailed |
Event-driven | Failed auto-activation (from ActivationError) |
All alerts are delivered through the existing notification channels: Telegram, Slack, and Webhooks. Integration tests verify end-to-end delivery across all channels.
CacheManagerAutomation contract extended with:
