Over 4 weeks, we executed the activities defined for Milestone 1. The cohort of 8 senior LATAM engineers is confirmed and signed under the program's terms and conditions. The onboarding curriculum has been drafted and is currently under final review by the program team, ready to be rolled out at the start of Milestone 2. A qualitative baseline of the cohort was built through the selection conversations and is described at the cohort level in this submission.
The project start was delayed relative to the originally proposed timeline because the grant approval period overlapped with other CoBuilders commitments already in execution. Milestone 1 has been delivered in full scope, and the revised timeline at the end of this submission reflects the adjusted schedule for the remaining milestones.
